Members of SAAMAG are volunteers.  As such, members are expected to perform services for events without remuneration.  Occasionally, however, out-of-pocket expenses might be incurred from non-member speakers, trainers, or persons providing meeting space, snacks, and the like.  Members will be notified, in advance of such events.  The notification will include a solicitation of fees from only those who actually attend the event.

Members are not prohibited from soliciting business for pay from other group members, as long as the business is kept separate from SAAMAG events.
