Thanks to everyone for coming to the meeting yesterday! I
really want to thank Rudy for taking the time to prepare for the class and to
drive out to St. Hedwig to share his knowledge with us, especially since he’s in
the middle of moving and getting put down a couple of days by a black widow
spider. THANKS RUDY!! You’re the best instructor I’ve ever had…with medical and
Kali. It’s amazing how much I’ve learned in your Kali classes that applies
in “real life” outside of practice. I can’t thank you enough for
everything.
Shoe & Brother Bob, thank you for your assistance!
Sorry I had to run out on you guys but I’d promised Mike I’d go get lunch for
his class. Thanks for letting me “volunteer” you for gathering up.
Rudy and I would like to get some feedback from y’all please.
Was the topic relevant to your needs? Was there too much info in the time
allotted or not enough? Please be candid, it helps make future classes
better (if that’s possible). I’ve attached a copy of his
First
Aid Kit
List as well as another one that is leaning toward wilderness medicine that’s
used by
Sam Coffman.
For the members of SAAMAG on TPG, you’ll be receiving the
majority of this email twice. My apologies, but I don’t have everyone’s “real”
email. I won’t be sending “double” emails for long, just until I get the real
email address of everyone who wants to participate in the group. Just as an
aside, those wonderful people who came to the meeting and don’t think you’re a
“prepper”, if you own a fire extinguisher or have auto insurance you are, by
definition, a “prepper”. We are not part of the lunatic fringe; we’re just a
group of regular folks who want to be more independent and self-sufficient. And,
like having a fire extinguisher, we hope we never have to use it, but we’ll be
awfully glad to have the skills we’ve learned if we ever need them. Your company
at the meeting was most welcome and we hope you’ll continue to join us. |
